About β your app version
Β
When you report a problem, the first thing support will ask for is your app version. It is on the About page.
Β
1.Open the app and tap Settings.
2.Tap About.
Β
You will see:
Β
β’Company Name
β’Company Location
β’Platform β Android or iOS
β’App Version
β’Build Number
β’Build Date
Β
Send the app version and build number along with your ticket. It tells support exactly which version you are on and often answers the question before anyone has to ask you anything else.
