Yes — a neutral wire must be present at the board. This applies to every Full Glass variant without exception. Your electrician will confirm neutral availability during assessment; most modern boards already have one.

This panel has 4 HD channels, each rated at 20A / 2500W. You can connect up to four heavy loads simultaneously — for example, two split ACs, a geyser, and a motorised curtain motor, all on dedicated high-power relays.

Yes. There are 2 independent fan channels, each with a capacitive regulator. Each fan can be controlled separately via touch, the IR remote, the app, or voice. Speed is adjustable per channel. Max fan load is 80W per channel.
