The Beakn Smart COB Driver (7W–24W) is a WiFi-enabled replacement driver that makes any existing single-colour COB light — spotlight, downlight, track light, or COB panel — fully app- and voice-controlled with 0–100% flicker-free dimming.
It replaces only the small driver unit already inside the fixture; the COB chip, reflector, housing, and all visible wiring remain completely untouched. A qualified electrician completes the swap in approximately 15 minutes. The driver operates at a single fixed colour temperature (no colour tuning); for warm-to-cool colour control, the CCT variant is required.

Prerequisites
•A neutral wire must be available at the fixture (live + neutral mains input required).
•The COB light must be rated 7W–24W. Do not use this driver with COB lights outside this range.
•A 2.4GHz WiFi network must be accessible at the installation point (5GHz is not supported).

Wiring steps (electrician)
1.Switch off the circuit breaker supplying the fixture.
2.Open the fixture or ceiling access point to reach the existing driver.
3.Disconnect the old driver: note the mains input connections (live + neutral) and the output connections to the COB.
4.Connect the Beakn Smart COB Driver to the same wires:
•Mains input: live and neutral.
•Output: to the COB light (two output wires for a single-colour COB light).
5.Power on the circuit.
6.Pair the driver in the Beakn app over 2.4GHz WiFi.
Grouping multiple lights
One driver controls one COB light. To control multiple COB lights together, group them into a Room or Scene in the Beakn app for single-tap or single-voice control.
